This course includes the necessary modules to give you the requirements that you need for when you want to make nutrient content claims or health claims.  Some of the claims are dependent on meeting the NPSC or Nutrient Profiling Scoring Criteria, so this module is also included, along with the Nutrient Content Claims module and the Health Claims module.


There are some very specific criteria for making claims about food when talking nutrients and health information.  This course assumes that you know what is also required to be included in nutrition information panels when making such claims, so does not go into the detail of nutrition information panels.  This information is  included in our Essentials Course.
