Health Star Ratings are a recent addition for voluntary labelling and the requirements are covered in a specific module giving you the lowdown on the stars on your label.

While currently voluntary, the uptake from manufacturers is not what the authorities expected and potentially the inclusion of the Health Star Rating will become mandatory.
